Toyota world of Clinton made buying our new Tacoma super easy. I can honestly say it was not the normal back and forth with the finance Dept. Courtney had gone above and beyond, even bringing in a truck from. Different location.
We discussed the truck we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. No bs . I thank you all for the great service. You have gained a customer for life!!!

2020, what a crazy year and with that said, I thought it was appropriate to share some good and positive information.
I had previously purchased 2-new vehicles from Toyota World of Clinton each of which were good experiences. Earlier this year I had planned to trade in my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road for a 2020 TRD Sport.Ā With COVID-19, everything was placed on hold for me & my family just like everyone else along with inventories being limited and I never could find the model with the desired features.
I had been in communication with Customer Care Specialist Courtney Wilcox who is knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating & who recently reached out to me and shared information about a model that was schedule for delivery in late November.
Courtney put me in touch with Sales and Leasing Consultant Sean McManus who is a true professional who listens & provides detailed knowledgeable information about the 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 Double Cab.
Both Courtney and Sean were excellent in providing good communication throughout the process, so I provided a deposit. Sean kept me updated with the progression of the vehicle. Upon arrival at Toyota World of Clinton, Sean setup an appointment for me to come by and finalize the deal.
The process to purchase my 3rd new Toyota from this location was the easiest of all and Sean and his team were a delight to deal with.Ā I have all my routine service completed across the street at their service department.
Let me just say the Service department team is amazing and have been performing quality service and customer service for nearly 15years and I am a happy satisfied customer.
If you are looking for a place to service your vehicle, I would suggest giving the Service Department an opportunity to service your needs with quality & dependability as they provide me.
When I departed with my new 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 Double Cab, it was everything I expected, and the heated seats are most excellent. If you are considering buying a new vehicle, I would encourage anyone to stop by or call and speak with Sean or Courtney or any of the other staff.

Everyone in the service department is wonderful!Ā As soon as I pull in to the garage area, they come out immediately to greet me. They always know what I am there for and they keep me updated the entire time I am waiting.Ā There are never any surprises and I am in and out within the exact time frame they give me.Ā Clinton Toyota service department rocks!

In the process of ordering , purchasing and taking delivery of our new vehicle, we were extremely well served by two of your representatives, Jonathan Meredith in sales and Les in the finance department. Both of these gentlemen, although most professional, were very personable and pleasurable to work with. In addition, we were blessed to be served by these gentlemen who would leave no stone unturned in order to provide us with everything that we needed and exactly the way we wanted our new vehicle to be. I had a great experience at Toyota World. I looked at the Dodge Durango quite a few weeks ago and walked away not knowing what to do. Came back two weeks later because I just knew I had to have the Durango. Sean was my salesmen and he was awesome. Didn't pressure me at all to buy the truck. Told me to do what's comfortable for me. He was super friendly, helpful, upbeat, happy, just all around a really great guy. So happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends!

Toyota World of Clinton is an excellent dealership.Ā My experience in working with Jon Meredith, one of their Sales Associates, was outstanding.Ā Jon really helped me find just what I was looking for in regards to my search for a Tacoma 4x4, it was really like chatting with an old friend.
Once I decided on a specific Tacoma, Jon was fantastic in regards to prepping the truck before picking it up and also in explaining all I needed to know when I picked the Tacoma up.
I highly recommend their dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Just leased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I had a super hassle free experience at this dealership and Hans and Sean made it such a memorable first new car experience. From the initial call to the dealership to the test drive and signing it was a smooth experience and I am happy with my new car! Shout out to Hans and Sean for a great purchase experience.
p.s. I was the last customer of the evening and the dealership had already closed. I sat in the lot for an extended time to settle into the vehicle. Sean noticed and continuously returned just to make sure all was alright. This was a very nice detail!

Rob Zalusky...Thank you. You went beyond the call of duty to make me have the best car buying experience.Ā Rob made sure I had new tires, (and good grade tires, I may add) ...he is making sure I get an extra key and the floor mats I was promised. Not only that, but he gave me a full tank of gas and topped off my fluids.
I am very happy with my experience.Ā Rob Zalusky was helpful, and most of all, honest in what was promised to me...!!!!!!
